A1) Snatch grip DL @4131; 4x4; Rest 30 sec

*Pause at the knee on the way back down and engage lats. (So for eccentric portion 4 sec looks like this: 2 sec from hip to knee, 1 sec pause at knee, and 1 sec to floor.)
