A) Back/front squat @33x1; 3/1rep; 30 min to build
*Keep tempo in tact all the way through. Quit when you can't keep a tempo. Warm up to moderate weight and then start timer. Take minimal 3-5 min rest in between sets, longer if needed.
B) 10 rds:
20 sec max KB swing 53/35
90 sec rest
Rest 5 min
10 rds:
20 sec AB cal
90 sec rest
