Metcon:
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
3 Front Squats (95/65)
3 Push Presses
3 Thrusters
9 Burpees

Play:
15 Minutes of
Axel Front Squats, Walking Lunges, Thrusters, Push Jerks, Power Cleans, etc
- Don't go too heavy. Just have fun with our new toys. Get familiar with how the thicker bar feels.
