B) Back squat 6x2 @ 90%
*Rest 4-5 minutes

C) 5 rds:
3 Muscle ups
6 Burpees
9 STO 115/85
18 Cals on AB
*Rest 4 minutes between rds

D) 10 Minute cool down jog
