If you aren't amazing at double unders yet, you need to practice them more consistently. You have just under 2 months until the Garage Games. Do 3-5 minutes of DUs right when you get to the gym until you can consistently do 50 consecutive DUs.
Skill Work:
Gymnastics "Goat" work. Pick two gymnastics movements that you need to improve on, and spend 10-15 minutes alternating between them. (Weighted Pull-ups, HSPUs, Ring Dips, Rope Climbs, Wall Walks, Handstand Walks, Pistols, etc)
