In class Strength:
Take 20 minutes to establish a 1RM "squat"Clean & Jerk

Metcon:
15 Rounds
3 Power Cleans (As heavy as you can maintain all touch and go reps)
6 Hand Release Push-ups (Garage Games Practice)
9 Air Squats

Skill Work:
7:30 Gymnastics class, or 10 minutes of kipping HSPU practice.
