Oly:
20 minutes to establish a technically sound 1RM Snatch
20 minutes to establish a technically sound 1RM Clean & Jerk

These should be "squat" cleans, and "squat" snatches.

After this, make up whatever metcon, skill work, and/or strength worked you missed from last week that will best improve upon your weakness(es). 


Something to think about: The Garage Games is in 2 months. We already have a list of movements and Rx'd weights.

If there is anything here you need work on, now is the time to do it.

For example:
If you aren't absolutely amazing at Double Unders, do 50-100 everyday as part of your warm-up until you can do them unbroken. Once you can do this, start doing the 50-100 after your metcons, to get better at performing them while fatigued.
