Metcon 1:
On the Minute for 12 Minutes
Odd: 3 Power Cleans
Even: 40 Double Unders
 
Metcon 2:
On the Minute for 10 Minutes
Odd: 5 Deadlifts
Even: 10 Toes to Bar

Metcon 3:
On the Minute for 8 Minutes
Odd: 7 Thrusters
Even: 15 Box Jumps
