From Blocks (bar at or just above knee height)
Snatch + Snatch + OHS
- work on speed under the bar

Snatch 1
5-8 reps > 80% of 1RM

Metcon:
15 Min. AMRAP
Snatch Ladder
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

– one snatch to begin first round, two to begin second, three to begin third, etc. As heavy as possible.
